Payment Terms for a Group Reservation <\/i><\/h3>\n

If a group meets our group reservation minimum (7 people or more receiving services), 100% of payment is due in full in order to confirm your reservation.\u00a0 Payment will include all tax (6.625%) and suggested gratuity (20%).\u00a0 Gratuity can be adjusted the day of your event, should you like to increase, or in the unlikely event, decrease the amount.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/article> \n \n \n

What is the cancellation policy for a group spa reservation? <\/i><\/h3>\n

A spa group reservation can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the reservation with no fees and a full refund.\u00a0 After 7 days, guests may cancel, reschedule and modify up until 72 hours prior to their event for a refund in the form of a gift card.\u00a0 After 72 hours, all cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to no refunds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/article> \n \n \n

What is the process for booking a group reservation? <\/i><\/h3>\n

  1. Fill out the below form<\/strong>.\u00a0 One our experienced supervisors will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your event.<\/li>\n
  2. Availability & Scheduling<\/strong>.\u00a0 Our team will work with you to get the best date and time for your event, and hold your reservations while the invoice is created.<\/li>\n
  3. Invoice & Payment<\/strong>. The invoice will be sent directly to you for pre-payment. Once paid, we will follow up on finalizing all the details of the reservation.<\/li>\n
  4. Confirmation<\/strong>. We’ll send you the confirmation of your spa treatment with everything you need to know.<\/li>\n
  5. Spa Day!<\/strong> We ask that all of our guests arrive at least one hour prior to their treatments, to give time to check in and relax.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
