Fitness Center<\/span><\/h1>\n

The Fitness Center comes with the top of the line equipment including cardio machines, free weights, and stretching tools. To supplement and accommodate a variety of our guests workout plans, The Yoga Studio provides an additional space to warm up, stretch, or meditate.\u00a0<\/span>Please bring appropriate activewear and shoes. <\/span>Additional fee of $5 per session.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Yoga Classes<\/h1>\n

Complimentary yoga is offered Saturday and Sundays at noon & 2pm\u00a0 in our yoga studio, also on the 7<\/span>th<\/span> floor.\u00a0 \u00a0Weather permitting, yoga can also take place in our rooftop garden. Yoga mats provided. Sign up on the day of class at the 7th floor Fitness Center anytime before class to reserve your space. Other available spaces will be given first-come, first-serve for those who were unable to sign up beforehand.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
